About Our Videos

darkPlay.net and Cyber-Dyke.net have been on the web since 2001 and we’ve been making videos almost as long. In the early 2000’s a lot of people were still using dial-up, had low resolution monitors, less bandwidth, etc. Nobody watched DVDs on their computers. Our videos created during those times reflect the times. Our video was created for folks with slow internet connections and crummy monitors. It has only been in the past year or two that enough of our members have better internet connections and monitors that we can offer better quality videos. I am making larger size DVD quality video for our members, as I edit new videos. I am sitting on such a huge pile of unedited video that I will be busy editing it for a while. My goal was to finish up all the video from 2008 by the end of 2009, but I totally missed that deadline. Though, holy moley, I’ve been editing some video that I had to take on the old camera and that thing is crap! I can’t even use that camera as the emergency backup camera anymore, it’s that bad compared to our newer material.

My to-do list includes going back and re-releasing our most popular videos in DVD quality, but it’s going to be a while before that happens. This is a one-woman show, so please be patient with me. Making ipod/iphone videos is also high on my to-do list, and making the sites more accessible to mobile devices is another priority. Keep an eye out for more youtube videos as well! So, that’s the future of Cyber-Dyke.net. Members, please be in touch about how you like the changes, what works best for you and any special requests.

Also, I am STILL struggling with the new blog design. It just isn’t agreeing with me for some reason, but I am still working on it.

Delicious Ginger

I don’t remember how I met Ginger and Jo, but everything about them was intense and hot. There was a burning lusty energy between them and sparks flew from their eyes. Obscenity law in the US is vague and bizarre to say the least. Most DVD produced shy away from selling videos that feature full hand fisting because in some interpretations of the law it could be considered obscene. Are you using Vista?

If you are using Internet Explorer on a computer with Vista, you might have noticed a strange message when downloading our videos. It says that the file is a security risk, that the file is corrupt and that it can’t be opened. This is an error with the programming in IE and Vista. Our files are totally safe and will play in Windows Media Player. Just ignore this warning message and continue downloading the video. I am looking for a fix for this issue. It might be that Vista users will just need to use a different internet browser. I have no problem downloading the videos with Firefox. I am trying different free software that will correct this issue, and will keep you all updated. And then I’m going to upgrade to Windows 7. Updates on New Year’s Eve

It was my goal to finish editing all the material that we have from 2008 before the end of 2009, and well… I’m not even close. You might notice that a lot of our “new” updates are copyrighted 2008 or even 2007 in some cases. That’s because it just took me that long to get it up on the site. I’m still sorting through a huge pile of photos that were lost and never went live on the site. Not to mention the fact that as of right now this very second as I write this blog, we have an estimated 749 videos totaling 4897 minutes. I say “estimated” because I’m not always very good about updating that number each time another video goes live. There might be quite a bit more video than that. To go along with your videos there are a hot 115,668 photos available of sexy lesbian women. There’s no time like the present to take a look at everything we have to offer you in our members area. And don’t forget to share with that special someone.

New Cyber-Dyke DVDs

For years I’ve been getting emails from fans interested in DVDs, and I just never quite knew what to say. I don’t have the budget, time, energy or space to print off and distribute billion copies of a DVD and still maintain the website. I’ve offered to custom burn DVDs for folks, but nobody has taken me up on that offer. Now people are starting to notice that print DVDs are dying in favor of video on demand and other online viewing options. A lot of folks have larger computer monitors and faster internet connection speeds. Downloading videos allows you to hide them a bit more discreetly in your hard drive or just delete them rather than shoving a print DVD under the bed.

We used to offer a service where you could order our first DVD to be printed and shipped from another company, but I got word that they weren’t good quality. I had some other concerns myself, so we no longer offer that service. We are now offering brand new DVDs from HotMovies4Her. I met the folks that run this site at some adult industry business events. They are fantastic people, and very attractive too! I am so happy to be partnering with them to bring you a new series of DVDs.

2010 will be Cyber-Dyke’s 9th birthday, and I look forward to offering our loyal members and fans some birthday treats!
