Human Sexuality Survey

This is a University of Missouri survey pertaining to human sexuality. The announcement e-mail said they identified a need "to measure sexual orientation identity more precisely and effectively. [This] study intends to produce a scale to measure sexual orientation identity."

There are some flaws in this survey, but I figured I'd mention it anyway because I'm keen to see what alternative they come up with to the Kinsey scale and Klein grid. Spread the word, but be prepared to list your ethnicity as "other" - their choices are pretty weird.
