Quick Update

Just a quick update tonight, not even a really official one. I spent five hours tonight trying to get my cable modem working! I know I hooked it up properly - I’m a geek, I know how to do this stuff - but it still isn’t working so I am going to have to pay $75 for somebody to come out Monday night (rest of my whining about it is here). But meanwhile there’s a new gothy set of more than 200 pictures up at darkPlay, check ‘em out! I plan to do so myself…once I get that damn high-speed net working…

I haven’t posted any fun links in a while - go check out HerCurve! There are articles and erotic stories, each broken into “straight/bi” and “lesbian/queer” sections. There are also forums, which are primarily for women but have a section for women to ask questions of men, so there are men on the board too. Kathy Hoskins Beats UPS

Kudos to Kathy Hoskins, a black lesbian who just won a lawsuit against UPS! Discrimination based on gender expression created a hostile environment that resulted in her wrongful termination. The funny thing is that I have seen a number of gay and lesbian UPS drivers - I suspect this was just one bad supervisor. The Human Rights Campaign backs me up on this, awarding UPS a score of 86 on their Corporate Equality Index (details here).

I promise that I am going to update every day in April. After all, I do it on my own site, and there’s certainly plenty of dyke news and tidbits for days when there isn’t a CyDy update!
