Microsoft and Diversity

According to Steve Ballmer, Microsoft is hard-core about diversity. Sure enough, they have an HRC WorkNet score of 86, and they offer all of their benefits to same-sex partners. Way to go Microsoft!
I’m really surprised by this. It doesn’t really fit with Microsoft’s image as a power hungry monopoly. But then again, Gates does donate a lot of money to charity.
