Kathy Hoskins Beats UPS

Kudos to Kathy Hoskins, a black lesbian who just won a lawsuit against UPS! Discrimination based on gender expression created a hostile environment that resulted in her wrongful termination. The funny thing is that I have seen a number of gay and lesbian UPS drivers – I suspect this was just one bad supervisor. The Human Rights Campaign backs me up on this, awarding UPS a score of 86 on their Corporate Equality Index (details here).
