The crowd at the Eagle last night was mostly men, but there were a few women there, and the Eagle does offer a Dyke Night. There’s an entire community of leatherdykes online, though, at LeatherDyke.com! It’s completely non-commercial, and it’s for women only. There are several hundred kinky women participating in the forum, and there is also an e-mail discussion list that’s been running since 1997. Membership is free, but it is a closed space; there’s a page describing membership criteria and you should either be recommended by a current member or request an interview with an administrator in order to join. The forum seems to be open to anyone, though, so check it out and see if this is something you’re interested in!
